Sónar is a unique event in its format and content: an international point of reference thanks to a careful offer that combines gaming with art, the avant-garde
and experimentation with new musical currents of electronics. To create the festival’s logo and design system, research was carried out on the functioning and graphic forms of "sonar" technology as a tool used in submarines. The system is based on the repetition and contortion of circular shapes to be enlarged or reduced to obtain different shapes and atmospheres in order to characterize each single sector or product of the Sónar.
